Online or Mail in Ordering:

Step 1: Download our .PDF e-mailable order form. Make sure you download it , you will be unable to fill it out it out if you are just "viewing" it in your web browser.

Step 2: Fill in the order form with all of your information. If you are unsure of something, please ask us in the additional details section and the bottom and we will answer your questions.

Step 3: E-mail or Print the form and send it to us. If you are using a web based e-mail, you will be asked to save the document. You will then have to save it and send it to us as an attachment to your e-mail.
If you prefer to print out your form you can either scan it and send it to kendra@milestonemoments.ca or mail it to us at: Milestone Moments, 9 State Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K2C 4B3

Step 4: We will get back to you with proofs of your invitation and any other acessories as well as invoice and payment information.
